The company has earned a reputation in the market for producing high quality productions on time and within budget every time. This is possible due to the high level of experience the team has in producing, directing and video editing. Our location in Canberra means we have significantly lower production rates than Sydney and we are strategically placed to easily and quickly move to any area of the country for filming. We are in fact specialists in filming in remote locations such as Kakadu National Park, Katherine Gorge and the Australian Alps High Country.
Key members of the Plum Media team have worked extensively in rural Australia in the areas of Tamworth, Moree, Glenn Innes and most of coastal NSW. Over the last 10 years the team has worked with the Murray Darling Basin Authority covering the restoration work on the Murray River from the Hume Dam all the way to Lock One in South Australia. A DVD was produced from this material for the NSW Department of Water for use in promoting the work to the public and educational institutions.
Plum Media is currently producing 15 travel DVDs a year for Caravan & Motorhome magazine which has a distribution of over 40,000 copies. These DVDs are about 1 hour in duration and cover the entire country mostly in rural areas. There is a presenter travelling to these areas conducting interviews with travelers and venues.

This is an in depth look at the whole of the industry including Viticulture and Wine Making.
